Mercer County Conservation District Accomplishments

Area 6 Goodyear Award Winner in 1993 at KACD convention.

Area 6 Goodyear Award Winner in 1999 at KACD convention.

Goodyear Grand Award Winner for Eastern Division in 2000 at
KACD convention in Bowling Green. This award put us in competition in the
Southeastern Region of the nation. We were named winner of the region in
December 2000. Mercer County was one of seven outstanding conservation
districts to be honored at the National Press Club on March 27, 2001.

Outstanding Conservation District of the Year in 2003 for
East Region of State.

Area 6 Award Winner for 2004 Program year.
